Brenda, lab-grown meat, like what "Eat Just" and "Upside Down" are producing, is seen by some as a solution to the increasing demand for meat due to our growing global population. Raising chickens traditionally takes a lot of land, water, and feed. When we think about the long-term, with more and more people to feed, it becomes harder to sustain this method.

Lab-grown meat, in theory, could be more environmentally friendly. However, I totally get your concerns about local farmers. It's a balance we need to strike. Have a wonderful day, my friend. 😊
