Chel, I liked your story and agree with you. I just want to add something. In general, both men and women can be good leaders. But being a good leader isn't just about having the right qualities. It's also about making tough decisions. Usually, women are more emotional and caring than men. This isn't bad, but sometimes men can make hard decisions without getting emotional.
