Farah, I don’t think Medium is a place to promote or sell stories. I think you should have two simple strategies to sell your stuff direct to readers. Suppose you want to sell on Amazon; there is a demand for specific titles with a best-selling rank of 1000 or less. First find what titles sell the most. Then develop books around these topics or titles. Then you have to promote your book. There are three pricing tactics. The first is to give a short book for free then people can buy another chapter for $0.99 or buy a short story for $2.99. You need to push your listing to the top, and Free or joining Amazon promotions programs can help you with that. Once you collect some reviews you go with paid ads. Over time you can develop longer books and sell them at $9.99 and expand to different platforms. With selling we always go direct. Medium is only a place to build an audience, and perhaps one day in the future, you can sell to them, not now. I hope this helps a bit
