I have spent most of my life living abroad and mostly in Southeast Asia. Most sellers are very kind, but few are rude, uneducated, and take foreigners for granted. For someone like that, I would just avoid her altogether. I don't like being touched, forced, or obligated to buy from anyone. Avoid the ones that try to annoy you, not because you fear them, but because you don't want to get yourself in trouble with the local authority. The police in most of these places will support the locals and deport foreigners.
