I so agree with this article, Kristie. Telling someone struggling to look at people who are better or worse is disastrous; telling people to be happy or grateful and optimistic when they need a solution is a recipe for failure. People need someone to listen and offer a relative solution to their struggles, not hopeless words that frustrate the other person. An excellent article, Kristie
