I'm not a professional writer and more of someone on the street. My vocabulary and range of emotions in writing are narrow. I can only express my ideas through shock therapy because I know it works.

I used to manage around 40 people, and every month, I gave them money and asked them to buy books. I would pay 75% of the cost, and they pay 25% as long as the book can help them improve their performance.

The ones who strived were those who bought hardcore books about how to transform their lives and wanted harsh and straightforward feedback from me. I remember their names, while I have no impression about the rest.
