My friend, I agree that life is not about suffering and that concept is only a philosophy and a way of viewing life; however, I politely disagree that suffering is optional. I believe there are many people around the globe who suffer because of a lack of food or water. I also believe that many parents work two or three shifts a day and struggle to provide the basics. If suffering were optional, no one would opt in.
