If the people who support that article are into the clap for clap or read for read, we also don’t consider them curious readers. What is the probability of someone clicking on a hunger headline versus a headline that says how to end hunger with kindness? I don’t know, but I think more people would be more curious about the second headline than the first one. I’m not saying that your headline is wrong. All I’m saying is that to increase the click rate is to sell a solution or a benefit, but that doesn’t make your headline less valuable or wrong—no rules, only more effective tools.
