Shorter articles are easier to digest and get more views or reads. I would suggest that you might care about earnings even a little, even though I know they don't matter that much to you. Perhaps it might shift the way how to think about writing. I'm not saying there is something off right now. I'm saying to challenge yourself to write better, as we all strive to do.
