You have been in business for a while, but some things are not working as they should; it's time to throw a few things into the trash and optimize your business for maximum effectiveness and profitability.

In this week's challenge, I dare you to pause your business for a while and take a fresh look at the performance and numbers of your business.

Double check with your expenses and find what tools, subscriptions, marketing campaigns, and employees are not driving results to your business's bottom line.

Here are a few things to consider:

  1. Eliminate expenses that don't drive value to your business's bottom line.
  2. Optimize and minimize costs that drive little value to your business.
  3. Liquidate or get rid of unsold inventories.
  4. Rearrange your business operations for maximum efficiency.
  5. Train your staff for maximum effectiveness and productivity.
  6. Let go of unproductive staff.
  7. Restudy your product pricing and business model. Find if you can get rid of a few offers and introduce new products and offers at different price points.
  8. Rearrange your brand visual presentation.
