There's something deeply unsettling about a company that showers its cleaning staff with extravagant pay and endless holidays, yet neglects the creative souls laying its very foundations. I mean, don’t get me wrong, every job role, including the cleaners, deserves respect and fair compensation. But when those at the top hoard wealth and dictate the value of every other employee’s contributions, it leaves a bad taste in my mouth.

For me, it’s not even about the money, which we all know has a way of coming and going. No, it’s about respect. If the balance is off and respect is lacking, I can’t help but feel that company is heading for a cliff edge, and no golden parachute is going to cushion that fall.
