Thomas, I see where you're coming from and understand your perspective. However, I must respectfully disagree with your harsh statement about AI. Human writing, too, can produce boring and dull content. Throughout human evolution, it seems the emphasis wasn't necessarily on the tool or form of communication, but more on the depth and meaning of the message.

When people head to the movies, they aren't primarily concerned with who penned the script, but whether the story grips them. Why, then, are we so fixated on the tools or creators, often at the expense of the outcome? You mention that people use these AI tools to produce lackluster articles. But isn't it possible that this stems from people not fully harnessing the potential of these tools? That's a reflection on them, not the tools.

If we were strictly tied to traditional ink and paper or classic drawing techniques, then platforms like Medium wouldn't exist, and the captivating image accompanying your post wouldn't be there. Think about Pixar, which thrived on 3D graphics. Disney, the trailblazers of animation, recognized its worth and bought it for a staggering $7.4 billion. They surely aren't that "stupid" to make such a decision.

I respect your viewpoint, Thomas. Given that we're in a capitalist market, it's the open market dynamics that dictate the course. In the end, it's the consumers who determine the value of a creation. Neither you, nor I, nor anyone else has the ultimate say on where the dollar lands. Always value our exchanges, Thomas.
