Dump Your Morning Routines in the Trash; I Got You Something Better
Hey, would you be kind enough to do me a favor? Stop everything you are doing right now! Yeah, stop for a second. Take your morning routines and wrap them inside a trash bag; instead of following them tomorrow morning, dump them in the garbage tank on your way to work.
Morning routines or routines, in general, are a recipe for failure and a mechanism that turns a creative human into a predictive machine that produces the same outcome daily.
Predictable routines turn people into linear and flat thinkers that improve incrementally instead of becoming non-linear thinkers that achieve maximum results faster than the speed of light.
People who follow daily inflexible routines don’t understand how growth happens and how each stage of their work or life requires different processes, rituals, and habits to cause an increase in their performance.
Imagine the human body growing at the same speed with the same process throughout its existence from start to end. We will all be taller and more significant than giant skyscrapers on this planet; our heads might hit the moon.
