Why Most People Fail at Most Things
I don’t have to tell you that most people can’t achieve big things in life; you probably know or have experienced that concept yourself. Most humans are creatures that aim low and shoot way below their target.
They celebrate tiny accomplishments, pat themselves on the back, crave others’ compliments like a loyal dog, and drink all night for their petty victories.
But if God forbid shit hits the fan, then it’s beyond their control; it’s God’s decision, the economy, the president, the traffic jam, the neighbor, everything but themselves. People in the past used to call this concept “lack of responsibility,” and it’s a common disease in our modern society.
In this article, I will outline three critical problems why most people fail big at most things.
1. Lack of self-awareness
Most people aren’t aware of their deconstructive behaviors; they lack control over their thoughts and emotions, are numb to their environment, and are enslaved to the thinking patterns and myths of their culture and beliefs. They lack the skills to think independently and rationally, or are open to accepting ideas beyond their beliefs.
