I was distracted seeing the traffic and street landmarks pass by when suddenly I saw in my mind’s eye flashes of the bus I was traveling on skipping my stop despite having requested it, only to find out moments later that the scene would repeat itself in real life. This time, though, I could effectively prevent it from happening, as I had been already forewarned.
